Well, we're just three days away from Christmas Day, and ten away from New Years. Everyone loves the holidays, it's a time to gather with friends and family, a time to reflect on the year that is about to end, and it also is a time to overindulge in the foods we love to eat the most!
I'm all for giving in and enjoying an extra cookie or helping of my favorite food if I can. But the fact of the matter is, we really have to be careful, especially if we're already fighting the battle of the bulge! It's common to step on the scales after the holidays are over and see that we've added a few extra pounds.
Sometimes those few extra pounds will come off fairly easy, other times it requires us to do a little more exercise or look into some of the best diet pills on the market to give us that extra added help in losing the weight. Just don't use it as a reason to give up, sometimes we have to take a few steps backwards in order to move forward!
