Once again, even after recently talking about moving, we're now talking about buying this house. We've lived here for 2 years now and have really come to love living in this area. On top of that, we're fairly sure we could get the house for a pretty good deal considering that we know what all is wrong with the house.
One of the things that my husband really wants to do if we do buy the house is put up a decent sized garage that would not only hold the cars, but give us room for storage as well. He suggested we consider one of the steel buildings that he's seen advertised. It would be more than big enough for what we want and they are also very well constructed.
