Friday Feast: One Hundred & Thirty Two

Appetizer
Where on your body do you have a scar, and what caused it?
I think my most noticeable scar would be one near my right knee. I was working at a metal polishing factory and when I went to move a box of parts from one side of me to the other I leaned my knee into my polishing belt and burned it very deep.

Soup
What is something that has happened to you that you would consider a miracle?
Meeting my husband, getting married and having my children. I did not lead the type of lifestyle that made people think I would ever get married. It wasn't that I "got around" it was just that I didn't date. I had been in a very abusive relationship for 3 years when I met my husband, within 6 months of meeting him we were married and our first child was born 8 months later. And no, we didn't know he was on the way when we were married because I had been told that the chances of my ever having children were slim to none, but that doctor was WAY wrong because I have 2 beautiful children!

Salad
Name a television personality who really gets on your nerves.
I don't know, I guess maybe I'd say Paris Hilton. I know she leads a very different lifestyle than I do, but the drama she causes that puts her into the headlines gets a bit ridiculous at times. It's sad thinking she's the heir to the Hilton fortune because she sure doesn't represent the Hilton name in a very pride filled way.

Main Course
What was a funny word you said as a child (such as "pasketti" for "spaghetti")?
I can't remember any that I said, but my daughter used a word that we still use to this day, and she is almost 12. She couldn't say yellow at first so she would say "lellow", and I still call it that to this day from time to time...LOL

Dessert
Fill in the blank: I have always thought ______ was ______.
I have always thought life was meant to be cherished.

~~~
I hope you enjoyed my Friday Feast and remember if you'd like to join in head over to Friday Feast and grab this weeks feast!
OWWIE on the appetizer! I used to be a sheet metal worker - and I had a couple of accidents with equipment -- one with a roller (involving my boob) -- I told my boyfriend (who is now my hubby) who was the shop foreman at the time -- but I never told another soul! LOL!!! ... talk about embarrassing!
