Well, like it or not, I have 2 monsters home with me today...LOL. The snow started around 6 last night and came in very fast! It was a very heavy and wet snow. After I got home from my mom's hubby said it might be a good idea for us to run into town and pick up a few groceries. By the time we got done the roads were so bad that on main roads, where the speed limit is 55, people were driving 20 mph. By the time we got home we easily had 3+ inches of snow and as of this morning we have about 8 inches. The local news reported that they set a record this morning with school closings by having 214 schools call in to say that they were closed.
I called hubby not too long after getting up and he said the roads and streets were a complete mess and that they were telling people to not get out unless they absolutely had to. Sounds like a good day to stay inside to me! I have a TON of stuff to do around here and I think I even have cookie dough in the freezer, so maybe we could bake some cookies:D

*huggles* yea we got that snow too. And more last night. Thank goodness it's football sunday so I don't have to go anywhere lol Love you!
